– strawberry yoghurt overnight oats
It’s useful to know a few ‘night before’ breakfast recipes that you can use when you know breakfast will be a rush. No waiting ages for it to cool down either!
5 tablespoons oats
3-4 medium strawberries
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons ground almonds
Mash the strawberries in a mixing bowl.
Add in all other ingredients.
Spoon into fairy cake or mini muffin cases and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, the oats will have fully clumped together. They will still be sticky but baby will be able to pick these up and self-feed easily.
