– 2 ingredient banana pancakes
– berry smoothie with chia seeds

A quick one this morning as I was in a bit of a rush. Luca’s about to turn one and has recently decided to stop drinking formula completely. He’s also not keen on drinking normal milk straight from a cup so I’m trying to find ways to hide it in his meals as well as including more dairy in his diet, so this smoothie is a perfect way to do that. This includes greek yoghurt and milk so I know he’s getting the calcium he needs.

Pancakes ingredients

1 banana
1 egg

Method

Whisk the egg and mash the banana in a bowl together with the egg. Whisk until smooth. Using a tablespoon, add to a pan with a little melted butter and cook through on both sides.

Smoothie ingredients

Frozen berries
Whole milk (or any milj of your choice)
3 tablespoons green yoghurt
3 tablespoons of chia seeds

Method

Blend until smooth.

    I tried making pancake but it was keep breaking when i was turning them 😒
